Walko has been caring for my 2003 Toyota Corolla for many, many years. They are exceptionally patient in explaining any issues that arise with my car, they always present options (e.g., new vs used parts; fix now vs later; etc.), and they've never exceeded their estimate without consulting me first. Walko offers customers coupons and other perks like a roadside assistance rebate program (at their expense). I'd use them regardless, but those are nice extras. Family owned and operated, consistent, friendly, and great at what they do. As a single woman, I have felt bamboozled by other mechanics; I can't overstate how much I appreciate Walko treating me with respect and charging me fairly.
