I've brought my vehicle here 3 times and I am just amazed by their service. I'd like to give some background so TW: long post incoming. I got my car back in 2020 and it's been an awesome ride (minus the check engine light that had been consistently on since 2022). I had taken my car to another place to address that issue and instead they took my car apart for some bogus reasoning saying that I needed to replace 4 of the 6 cylinders. They charged me over $600 for the work and right after I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on and literally never left. I was skeptical about letting someone touch my car again. After moving to a nearby town, I had noticed Walko in my travels and decided to give them a try. I was really afraid that I was going to be baited and switched but my neighbor advised me that they were legit. I brought my car for the first time in 2023 to take care of some much needed work (I'm sure I made myself a pain) and then again last year and just recently today. Today, I didn't call them because I trusted that they would get the job done and for a reasonable rate (even though I was looking to pay more). One thing I love about them: they show you upfront what the costs are (which a few places I went to didn't disclose including the place I mentioned earlier). Knowing what I'd be paying for and exactly what would be done gave me the confidence I needed to trust them. When I got in my car, it was such an amazing feeling to turn it on and the only light was the one for the headlights. I drove to a couple places to turn my car on and off but it is truly a blessing to see my dash look like a normal dash. I will forever be a Walko customer. Thank you guys so much!

I have been going to Walko, from Long Island, for years. I have a hybrid, now with 265k miles and, frankly, do not know anybody in my area who digs into what is wrong as opposed to just replacing things. The inverter went and I had the car back in under a week.

Great group of people! Professional, friendly, courteous, gets the job done in a timely fashion! Sometimes sooner! We had our vehicles serviced by Walko for a long long time! The owners Andy & Diana are the best! The technicians are awsome. Today 12/31/24 Kyle & John took care of my vehicle. Awsome, great job guys! Happy New Year's to everyone!
