Been going to Walko Automotive for at least 35 years. Very trustworthy mechanics that give you enough information about things that need to be taken care of now vs. things that will need to be done a little down the road. Pricing is competitive and I like the fact that if your vehicle is there overnight it will usually be put in the back lot which is locked. Wish they had Saturday hours but mechanics deserve a weekend too

I first want to thank you for letting us condition your Hybrid battery. As far as the points go, we found 2 accounts for you. One has your name correctly where there is only 100 points for joining. The other has your first and last name transposed. That is where most of the points were put. We are correcting the error. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

I started hearing a faint noise from my SUV and the car dealership said diagnosis was $150 even though the vehicle was under warranty. I took it to Walko. The Walko team diagnosed it. I was charged a very reasonable amount and Andy provided me details of the parts and informed me that everything should be covered by the manufacturer. I went to the dealership with this info and they agreed that everything is covered.
