First let me start off with having my oil changed at Jiffy Lube in Bridgewater "MISTAKE #1" apparently an oiil sensor "IS NOT" their problem even if it wasn't going off, when you brought it in the first place. Next "MISTAKE #2" taking a towed vehicle to Mavis Tires in Somerville ...they should just stick to tires, IN FACT never mind they didn't even address that problem. Needlessly to say these SO CALLED EXPERTS......know nothing! My oil change caused my engine to cease and my towed vehicle caused me to pay $400 dollars for a starter, that I didn't even need the first place from MAVIS!!!!! Mind you I had my starter replaced three years prior with them!!!!! I went online did my research and came to Walko Automotive, SO many GREAT REVIEWS.....I was extremely skeptical at this point but I needed a REAL EXPERT. Well, I wasn't disappointed!!!! Kyle kept me updated every chance he had, gave me my options and not only did he replace my engine in LESS THEN 4 DAYS.....he. ALSO ACTUALLY gave me an EXPECTED DAY and TIME!!!! What's more he dealt with a third party warranty company that I had purchased (thank goodness) and dealt with them on EVERYTHING! I didn't even have to stress anything......which meant the world to me. So THANKS KYLE you've made this single, working mom's YEAR....I know you my not think it's a big deal but it really put me in a peaceful place knowing I found an amazing mechanic! One more thing, when you do GOOD and HONEST WORK, you'll NEVER FAIL!!!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!!! SO JUST DON'T BELIEVE IN MINE AND SEVERAL OTHER GREAT REVIEWS, TRY THEM YOURSELF AND BE THE NEXT GREAT REVIEW!!!!
