I've been coming here for years and I don't see myself stopping. What I appreciate about them the most is their honesty about what needs to get done and what can safely wait. I would LOVE it if they brought back their old policy where if you lived close enough to the shop, they would drive you back home. That was super helpful and kind on their end. But again, no complaints here. Highly recommend!

Honesty. Transparency. Genuine service. I came to Waco Automotive for a second opinion after a dealership gave me a long list of repairs. I know dealerships can be expensive, but I wanted to confirm what was actually necessary. I found this place on Google, and Im glad I did. They checked my car and clearly told me what needed to be fixed and what didnt. Even small things, they didnt replace unless required. Most places would just charge you, but they didnt.In 15 years, Ive never seen this level of honesty.
